What happens when four creative (if slightly unconventional) guys from Amman ask themselves why there are no vintage t-shirts born of Jordan's urban culture?

Teeshirtat.com is what happens.

Building on their observation that there is a local consumer niche for socially symbolic and quirky t-shirts, but an absence of a local market to accommodate this; Faisal, Imad, Omar and Zeid put their lack of design experience to good cause and came up with a very basic concept - with an edge.

Teeshirtat is a personification of Jordanian social interactions, associations and patterns - in a garment. It offers designs that capture the play-on-words and the urban lingo that is an integral ingredient in Jordanian society.

A work in progress, Teeshirtat takes the latest trends that genuinely reflect our social identity and put them on a t-shirt – localizing our desire to make fashion statements and offering something to all of us eager to wear t-shirts that say something.

With ideas continuously in the pipelines; Teeshirtat is selling a product that everyone wears, but injecting it with enough Jordanian originality to ensure that you won't be finding such t-shirts anywhere else.
